{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-107-135","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 107/135","heading":"Restoration of license from discipline.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nAt any time after the successful completion of a term of indefinite probation, suspension, or revocation of a license, the Department may restore the license to the licensee, unless, after an investigation and a hearing, the Secretary determines that restoration is not in the public interest or that the licensee has not been sufficiently rehabilitated to warrant the public trust.
