{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-107-145","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 107/145","heading":"Summary suspension of license.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nThe Secretary may summarily suspend the license of a professional counselor or a clinical professional counselor without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 90 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that the evidence indicates that the continuation of practice by the professional counselor or clinical professional counselor would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
