{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-107-165","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 107/165","heading":"Administrative Procedure Act; application.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nThe Illinois Administrative Procedure Act is hereby expressly adopted and incorporated in this Act as if all of the provisions of such Act were included in this Act, except that the provisions of subsection (d) of Section 10-65 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act that provides that at hearings the clinical professional counselor or professional counselor has the right to show compliance with all lawful requirements for retention, continuation, or renewal of the license is specifically excluded.
