{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-110-18","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 110/18","heading":"Temporary suspension of license.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nThe Secretary may temporarily suspend the license of a speech-language pathologist, speech-language pathology assistant, or audiologist without a hearing, simultaneous to the institution of proceedings for a hearing under this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence in his or her possession indicates that a speech-language pathologist's, speech-language pathology assistant's, or an audiologist's continuation in practice would constitute an immediate danger to the public.
