{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-115-25.13","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 115/25.13","heading":"Summary suspension.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029)\nThe Secretary may summarily suspend the license of a licensee without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 25.2 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that the evidence indicates that a licensee's continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
