{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-120-155","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 120/155","heading":"Temporary suspension of license; hearing.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nThe Secretary may temporarily suspend licensure as a wholesale drug distributor, virtual wholesale distributor, or third-party logistics provider, without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 85 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence in his or her possession indicates that a continuation in business would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
