{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-130-145","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 130/145","heading":"Summary suspension.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029)\nThe Secretary may summarily suspend the registration of a surgical assistant or surgical technologist without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 85 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence indicates that continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
