All applications shall contain such information that, in the judgment of the Department, will enable the Department to pass on the qualifications of the applicant for a license to practice as a genetic counselor.\nIf an applicant fails to obtain a license under this Act within 3 years after filing an application, the application shall be denied. The applicant may make a new application, which shall be accompanied by the required nonrefundable fee.
