{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-20-32","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 20/32","heading":"Summary suspension of a license.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nThe Secretary may summarily suspend the license of a licensed clinical social worker or licensed social worker without a hearing simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in this Act if the Secretary finds that evidence in the Secretary's possession indicates that a licensee's continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
