{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-210-5010","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 210/5010","heading":"Unlawful possession, storage, and transfer.","body":"(a) It is a violation of this Act for any person to:\n(1) possesses explosive material without having obtained a valid license or certificate under this Act;\n(2) store explosive material without having obtained a valid storage certificate issued pursuant to this Act;\n(3) transfer explosive material to a person who does not possess a valid license or certificate under this Act; or\n(4) obtain control over stolen explosive material knowing that the explosive material is stolen or under such circumstances where a reasonable person would believe the explosive material was stolen.\n(b) A person convicted of a violation of paragraph (1), (2), or (3) of subsection (a) is guilty of a Class 3 felony unless otherwise exempted under Section 1005 or 2000 of this Act.
