{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-217-35","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 217/35","heading":"Personnel.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nThe State Fire Marshal may employ, in conformity with the Personnel Code, such professional, technical, investigative, or clerical help, on either a full or part-time basis, as may be necessary for the enforcement of this Act.\nAn investigator may not hold an active license issued under this Act or have any fiduciary interest in any business licensed under this Act.
