{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-25-14","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 25/14","heading":"Examination for licensure as dental hygienists.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)\nThe Department shall conduct or authorize examinations of applicants for licensure as dental hygienists at such times and places as it may determine.\nThe examination of applicants for licensure as dental hygienists may include both practical demonstrations and written and oral tests and shall encompass the subjects usually taught in programs of dental hygiene, approved by the Department.\nIf an applicant fails to pass an examination for licensure under this Act within 3 years after filing an application, the application shall expire 3 years after the date the application was filed.
