{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-25-30","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 25/30","heading":"Appointment of a hearing officer.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)\nThe Secretary shall have the authority to appoint any attorney duly licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois to serve as the hearing officer if any action for refusal to issue, renew or discipline of a license. The hearing officer shall have full authority to conduct the hearing. The hearing officer shall report findings and recommendations to the Board. The Board shall have 60 days from receipt of the report to review the report of the hearing officer and present its findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendations to the Secretary.
