{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-25-42","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 25/42","heading":"Dental Disciplinary Fund.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)\nAll fees, fines or penalties received by the Department under this Act shall be deposited in the Illinois State Dental Disciplinary Fund, a special fund created hereunder in the State Treasury, and shall be used only by the Department in the exercise of its powers and performance of its duties under this Act, including but not limited to the provision for evidence in dental investigation.
