{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-310-30","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 310/30","heading":"Fund; appropriations; investments; audits.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)\nAll of the fees collected pursuant to this Act shall be deposited into the Design Professionals Administration and Investigation Fund.\nThe moneys deposited into the Design Professionals Administration and Investigation Fund may be used for the expenses of the Department in the administration of this Act.\nUpon the completion of any audit of the Department as prescribed by the Illinois State Auditing Act that includes an audit of the Design Professionals Administration and Investigation Fund, the Department shall make the audit open to inspection by any interested person.
