{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-345-27","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 345/27","heading":"","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)\nWhoever violates any provision of this Act shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined a sum not less than $100. Any fine imposed shall be in addition to any other action that may be taken under this Act. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
