The continuing education programs may consist of education and training in cemetery ethics, cemetery law, and cemetery practices as defined in Section 10-25 of this Act. An entity seeking to offer a continuing education program to cemetery managers and customer service employees must receive approval of its program from the Department in a manner and form prescribed by the Department by rule. Cemetery managers shall be required to complete 6 hours of continuing education during each renewal cycle.
