{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-415-23.13","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 415/23.13","heading":"Summary suspension.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)\nThe Secretary may summarily suspend the certificate of a certified shorthand reporter without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 23.2 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that the evidence indicates that a certified shorthand reporter's continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
