{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-51-30","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 51/30","heading":"Application for original licensure.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nApplications for original licensure shall be made to the Department in writing or electronically and signed by the applicant on forms prescribed by the Department or by electronic form and shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee set by rule of the Department. The Department may require from an applicant information that, in its judgment, will enable the Department to pass on the qualifications of the applicant for licensure.\nAn applicant has 3 years from the date of application to complete the application process.
