{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-60-39","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 60/39","heading":"Certified shorthand reporter; record.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)\nThe Department, at its expense, shall provide a certified shorthand reporter to take down the testimony and preserve a record of all proceedings at the hearing of any case wherein a license may be revoked, suspended, placed on probationary status, or other disciplinary action taken with regard thereto in accordance with Section 2105-115 of the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.
