{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-60-59","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 60/59","heading":"","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)\nAny person who violates for the first time Section 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, or 56 of this Act is guilty of a Class 4 felony. Any person who violates for the first time Section 27 of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.\nAny person who has been previously convicted under Section 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, or 56 of this Act and who subsequently violates any of the Sections is guilty of a Class 3 felony. Any person who has been previously convicted under Section 27 of this Act and who subsequently violates Section 27 is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
