{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-605-18","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 605/18","heading":"","body":"The licensee shall:\n(a) Maintain sanitary conditions.\n(b) Ensure proper ventilation.\n(c) Provide adequate nutrition.\n(d) Provide humane care and treatment of all animals under his jurisdiction.\n(e) Take reasonable care to release for sale, trade, or adoption only those animals which are free of disease, injuries, or abnormalities.
