{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-745-145","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 745/145","heading":"Summary suspension of a license.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)\nThe Secretary may summarily suspend the license of a Licensed Professional Geologist without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 90 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence in the Secretary's possession indicates that the continuation of practice by a Licensed Professional Geologist would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
