{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-80-10","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 80/10","heading":"Powers and duties of Department; rules; report.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)\nThe Department shall exercise the powers and duties prescribed by the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois for the administration of licensing acts and shall exercise such other powers and duties necessary for effectuating the purpose of this Act.\nThe Secretary shall promulgate rules consistent with the provisions of this Act, for the administration and enforcement thereof and may prescribe forms that shall be issued in connection therewith. The rules shall include standards and criteria for licensure and certification, and professional conduct and discipline.\nThe Department shall consult with the Board in promulgating rules. Notice of proposed rulemaking shall be transmitted to the Board and the Department shall review the Board's responses and any recommendations made therein.
