{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-80-14","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 80/14","heading":"","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)\nA person shall be qualified for initial licensure as an optometrist if that person has applied in writing in form and substance satisfactory to the Department and who:\n(1) (blank);\n(2) has graduated, after January 1, 1994, from a program of optometry education approved by the Department or has graduated, prior to January 1, 1994, and has met substantially equivalent criteria established by the Department;\n(3) (blank); and\n(4) has met all examination requirements including the passage of a nationally recognized examination authorized by the Department.
