{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-80-26.13","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 80/26.13","heading":"Temporary suspension.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)\nThe Secretary may temporarily suspend the license of an optometrist without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 26.2 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence in his or her possession indicates that continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
