{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-85-35.16","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 85/35.16","heading":"","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nThe Secretary may temporarily suspend the license of a pharmacist, pharmacy, registered pharmacy technician, or registered certified pharmacy technician, without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 35.2 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence in his possession indicates that a continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
