{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-90-29","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 90/29","heading":"Temporary suspension of a license.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)\nThe Secretary may temporarily suspend the license of a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 19 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence indicates that a physical therapist's or a physical therapist assistant's continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
