{"data":{"id":"us-il/235-ilcs-5-6-17.5","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"235 ILCS 5/6-17.5","heading":"Purchase of wine or spirits by a retail licensee from another retail licensee.","body":"(a) No retail licensee may purchase wine or spirits from, or possess wine or spirits purchased from, any person other than a distributor or importing distributor; however, a retail licensee that purchases wine or spirits from a licensed Illinois retailer shall only receive a warning for the first 2 violations of this Section within a 12-month period.
