{"data":{"id":"us-il/25-ilcs-10-4","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"25 ILCS 10/4","heading":"President of the Senate; operations, employees, and expenditures.","body":"(a) The President of the Senate shall have responsibility for the operation of the Senate in relation to the Senate Chambers, Senate offices, committee rooms and all other rooms and physical facilities used by the Senate, and all equipment, furniture, and supplies used by the Senate. The President of the Senate shall have the authority to hire all professional staff and employees necessary for the proper operation of the Senate. Professional staff and employees may be employed as full-time employees, part-time employees, or contractual employees.
