{"data":{"id":"us-il/30-ilcs-105-6m","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"30 ILCS 105/6m","heading":"","body":"All fees and other moneys received by the Department of Transportation from any officer, department or agency of the State for providing air transportation to or for such officer, department or agency shall be paid (i) through June 30, 2027 into the Air Transportation Revolving Fund and (ii) beginning July 1, 2027 into the Aeronautics Fund. The moneys in the Air Transportation Revolving Fund shall be used by the Department of Transportation only for equipment, personnel, operational expenses and such other expenses as may be incidental to providing air transportation for officers, departments or agencies of the State Government. On July 1, 2027 or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the remaining balance from the Air Transportation Revolving Fund into the Aeronautics Fund.
