{"data":{"id":"us-il/30-ilcs-575-8g","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"30 ILCS 575/8g","heading":"Business Enterprise Program Council reports.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on June 30, 2030)\n(a) The Commission on Equity and Inclusion shall provide a report to the Council identifying all State agency non-construction solicitations that exceed $20,000,000 and that have less than a 20% established goal prior to publication.\n(b) The Commission on Equity and Inclusion shall provide a report to the Council identifying all State agency non-construction awards that exceed $20,000,000.
