{"data":{"id":"us-il/305-ilcs-5-5-5.2a","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"305 ILCS 5/5-5.2a","heading":"Cottage style nursing home reimbursement adjustment.","body":"(a) As used in this Section, \"cottage style nursing home\" means a nursing home meeting the requirements under Article IIIB of the Nursing Home Care Act.\n(b) Subject to any necessary federal approval, for dates of service on and after July 1, 2027, the Department shall reimburse cottage style nursing homes with a per diem add-on of at least $50.\n(c) This per diem add-on amount is in addition to all amounts reimbursed to a nursing home under this Code.
