{"data":{"id":"us-il/325-ilcs-3-10-120","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"325 ILCS 3/10-120","heading":"Early Intervention Services Fund.","body":"The Early Intervention Services Fund (formerly the Early Intervention Services Revolving Fund), created by Public Act 89-106 and continued under Public Act 103-594, shall be held as a trust fund by the State Treasurer as ex officio custodian and used by the lead agency to pay for early intervention services.\nThe lead agency or its designee shall make expenditures from the Early Intervention Services Fund in accordance with applicable program provisions. Expenditures shall be limited to those purposes and amounts specified under applicable program guidelines.
