{"data":{"id":"us-il/325-ilcs-3-50-15","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"325 ILCS 3/50-15","heading":"Child Care Assistance Fund.","body":"(a) The Child Care Assistance Fund is hereby created as a trust fund to be held outside the State treasury, with the State Treasurer as ex officio custodian, for the purpose of receiving and disbursing moneys from federal sources related to child care services and programs.\n(b) The Child Care Assistance Fund shall be administered by the Department of Early Childhood. Moneys in the Fund may be used to make payments to clients, or to public or private entities on behalf of clients, for child care services and child care related programs.\n(c) The Child Care Assistance Fund may receive transfers from the Employment and Training Fund for any related costs.\n(d) In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer from the Child Care Assistance Fund into the Employment and Training Fund such amounts as may be directed in writing by the Secretary of Human Services.","path":["CHAPTER 325 CHILDREN","Department of Early Childhood Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=4516\u0026ChapterID=32\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:33Z","sha256":"c0e8da2f58ba95f6b2f9cf197355d22399fc1474f4168e2f2d3846704c956f08","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/325-ilcs-3-50-10","next":"us-il/325-ilcs-3-50-20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
