{"data":{"id":"us-il/325-ilcs-3-50-5","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"325 ILCS 3/50-5","heading":"DEC Special Projects Fund.","body":"(a) The DEC Special Projects Fund is created as a trust fund to be held outside the State treasury, with the State Treasurer as ex officio custodian. The fund shall consist of moneys deposited under subsection (b).\n(b) The Department may receive transfers, gifts, grants, or donations from any source, public or private, in the form of funds, services, equipment, supplies, or materials.
