{"data":{"id":"us-il/35-ilcs-200-21-301","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"35 ILCS 200/21-301","heading":"Amount to be retained in surplus equity fund.","body":"(a) The county board in each county shall determine the amount of the fund to be maintained in that county until all potential claims under Section 21-302 have been paid.
