{"data":{"id":"us-il/40-ilcs-5-7-215","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"40 ILCS 5/7-215","heading":"Retirement Systems Reciprocal Act.","body":"The \"Retirement Systems Reciprocal Act\", being Article 20 of this Code as now enacted or hereafter amended is hereby adopted and made a part of this Article. The additional cost of annuities resulting from awards made under Section 20-122 of this Code, in excess of employee contributions made under that Section, shall be financed by a uniform contribution rate paid by all municipalities and participating instrumentalities with other contributions under Section 7-172.
