{"data":{"id":"us-il/410-ilcs-66-30","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"410 ILCS 66/30","heading":"Rules; public comment.","body":"(a) The Department shall adopt rules and regulations it deems necessary for the efficient administration of this Act.\n(b) The rules shall provide for a 30-day general public comment period. Notification of a 30-day general public comment period shall be given to the community into which a grant applicant proposes to expand by publication in at least one newspaper of general circulation in that community. At the conclusion of the 30-day comment period, the Department shall no longer accept written comments.
