{"data":{"id":"us-il/410-ilcs-720-50","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"410 ILCS 720/50","heading":"Annual program report.","body":"(a) By April 1, 2025, and each April 1 thereafter, a manufacturer program operator must submit to the Agency a report describing implementation of the drug take-back program during the previous calendar year. The report must include:\n(1) a list of the covered manufacturers participating in the drug take-back program during the program year;\n(2) the total amount, by weight, of covered drugs collected and the amount, by weight, from each collection method used during the program year, reported by county;\n(3) the total amount, by weight, of covered drugs collected from each collection site during the prior year;\n(4) the following details regarding the program's collection system:\n(A) a list of collection sites, with addresses;\n(B) collection sites where mailers to program collection sites, for dissemination to consumers, and education and outreach materials were made available to the public;\n(C) dates and locations of collection events held; and\n(D) the transporters and disposal facility or facilities used to dispose of the covered drugs collected;\n(5) a description of the promotion, education, and public outreach activities implemented;\n(6) a description of how collected packaging was recycled to the extent feasible; and\n(7) an evaluation of the program's effectiveness in collecting covered drugs during the program year and of any program changes that have been implemented.","path":["CHAPTER 410 PUBLIC HEALTH","Drug Take-Back Act"],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=4321\u0026ChapterID=35\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:36Z","sha256":"dd09adc35e456acf6bca117be1bb4b154e98df0c39e62bef7242d6964ada733e","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/410-ilcs-720-45","next":"us-il/410-ilcs-720-55"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
