{"data":{"id":"us-il/415-ilcs-110-2008","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"415 ILCS 110/2008","heading":"Comparable quality standards.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)\n(a) For the purposes of implementing and enforcing this Act, the Agency shall set comparable quality standards for each of the grades of newsprint available from all suppliers of newsprint to determine the comparable quality of recycled content newsprint to virgin material.
