The fees shall be deposited in the Pollution Control Board Fund. The filing fees shall be as follows:\nPetition for site-specific regulation, $75.\nPetition for variance, $75.\nPetition for review of permit, $75.\nPetition to contest local government decision pursuant to Section 40.1, $75.\nPetition for an adjusted standard, pursuant to Section 28.1, $75.\nPetition for a time-limited water quality standard, $75 per petitioner.\n(b) A person who has filed a petition for a variance from a water quality standard and paid the filing fee set forth in subsection (a) of this Section for that petition and whose variance petition is thereafter converted into a petition for a time-limited water quality standard under Section 38.5 of this Act shall not be required to pay a separate filing fee upon the conversion of the variance petition into a petition for a time-limited water quality standard.","path":["CHAPTER 415 ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY","Environmental Protection Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=1585\u0026ChapterID=36\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:36Z","sha256":"b3d3edbfddd196c2d6e794410de69d50ef614380f4327ad8184b2ffd68193994","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/415-ilcs-5-7.4","next":"us-il/415-ilcs-5-7.6"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
