{"data":{"id":"us-il/415-ilcs-50-5","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"415 ILCS 50/5","heading":"Penalty.","body":"Any person who violates this Act, or any standard, rule or regulation adopted by the county board pursuant to authority granted by this Act with respect to the establishment of a wastewater land treatment site shall upon conviction be guilty of a business offense and subject to a fine not to exceed $10,000.
