{"data":{"id":"us-il/415-ilcs-90-3","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"415 ILCS 90/3","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this Act the following terms have the following meanings:\n\"Agency\" means the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.\n\"Collection center\" means a secured site approved by the Agency to be used as a base for a hazardous waste collection facility.\n\"Household hazardous waste\" means a consumer disposed waste product intended for household use generally containing constituents that make its disposal in municipal waste landfills or incinerators undesirable.
