{"data":{"id":"us-il/425-ilcs-17-1","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"425 ILCS 17/1","heading":"","body":"It is unlawful for any person to represent that a fire extinguisher or fire extinguishing equipment has been serviced, repaired or examined for the purpose of determining whether or not it is in good working condition when in fact no such service, repairing or examination has been performed.
