{"data":{"id":"us-il/425-ilcs-70-5","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"425 ILCS 70/5","heading":"Cause of action.","body":"If payment is not made pursuant to Section 4 of this Act, a volunteer fire protection association shall have a cause of action against the property owner for full payment of the fees and charges imposed pursuant to subsection (c) of Section 3 of this Act, together with the costs of suit including reasonable attorney's fees.
