{"data":{"id":"us-il/430-ilcs-50-8.01","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"430 ILCS 50/8.01","heading":"","body":"Any person who fails to comply with the requirements of or violates any of the provisions of Sections 7 and 7.01 of this Act or the rules and regulations of the Agency promulgated pursuant to those sections, shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor for the first offense or a Class A misdemeanor for second and subsequent offenses.
