{"data":{"id":"us-il/5-ilcs-100-5-145","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"5 ILCS 100/5-145","heading":"Request for adoption of rules.","body":"(a) An agency shall, in accordance with Section 5-35, adopt rules that implement recently enacted legislation of the General Assembly in a timely and expeditious manner.\n(b) Any interested person may request an agency to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule. Each agency shall prescribe by rule the procedure for consideration and disposition of the person's request.
