{"data":{"id":"us-il/5-ilcs-100-5-45.73","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"5 ILCS 100/5-45.73","heading":"Emergency rulemaking; nursing home staffing ratios.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on June 16, 2027)\nTo provide for the expeditious and timely implementation of Section 3-202.05 of the Nursing Home Care Act and changes made by this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly to Section 3-202.05 of the Nursing Home Care Act, emergency rules implementing Section 3-202.05 of the Nursing Home Care Act and changes made by this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly to Section 3-202.05 of the Nursing Home Care Act may be adopted in accordance with Section 5-45 by the Department of Public Health.
