{"data":{"id":"us-il/5-ilcs-382-3-15","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"5 ILCS 382/3-15","heading":"Staffing standards.","body":"On or before July 1, 2008 each named agency shall increase and maintain the number of bilingual on-board frontline staff over the levels that it maintained on June 30, 2007 as follows:\n(1) The Department of Corrections shall have at least 40 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(2) Mental health and developmental centers operated by the Department of Human Services shall have at least 20 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(3) Family and Community Resource Centers operated by the Department of Human Services shall have at least 100 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(4) The Department of Children and Family Services shall have at least 40 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(5) The Department of Veterans Affairs shall have at least 5 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(6) The Environmental Protection Agency shall have at least 5 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(7) The Department of Employment Security shall have at least 10 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(8) The Department of Natural Resources shall have at least 5 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(9) The Department of Public Health shall have at least 5 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(10) The Illinois State Police shall have at least 5 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.\n(11) The Department of Juvenile Justice shall have at least 25 additional bilingual on-board frontline staff.","path":["CHAPTER 5 GENERAL PROVISIONS","State Services Assurance Act for FY2008."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=2960\u0026ChapterID=2\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:11Z","sha256":"d21eab613c6203a27f3f6a53030cd10138e347404bb10c0fc07850ae1c06e74b","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/5-ilcs-382-3-10","next":"us-il/5-ilcs-382-3-20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
